3 User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

5 Appointments & Consultations

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment time.
• No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

When ordering medicines:

• Home collection is subject to availability in your area.
• Additional charges may apply for home collection.

8 Payments & Refunds

Payment terms:

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
• Cash on Delivery is available for pharmacy orders.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days for verified cases.
• Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered.
